Year One tuition for the 10-Month Weekend Program is $3800. Year Two tuition is $4800. Fees for the Internship Program only (for students with Advanced Standing placement directly into the Internship program) is $3200. Books and required supplies and materials are estimated at about $500 per year. The main texts must be purchased from Kanyakumari. Some supplemental texts and other supplies may be purchased from the college or any other available vendor.
Students should plan accordingly for additional costs related
to their studies which may include lodging, transportation,
meals, photocopying, fax machine expenses, chart supplies,
professional attire, optional equipment not required by the
program but may be desired at home (e.g. massage table, linens,
clinical utensils, materials and supplies)
Registration and Payment Policies: There is a $100 non-refundable registration fee due with the application. In addition, a $200 deposit which is deducted from the student’s tuition is required upon acceptance to reserve a space. Tuition may be paid in full at the time of application or in three payments due at the first, fourth and eighth month in which classes are held.
Internship: Internship fees are included above in Year Two
tuition for any student completing the Year Two Plus Internship
portion of Kanyakumari’s program. For students coming
directly into the Internship Program with Advanced Standing,
the full internship fee of $3200 must be paid in full upon
acceptance into the program.
Tuition for the 10-Month Yoga Teacher Training Program is $3200. Students need to purchase five books: Perfect Health by Deepak Chopra, Yoga for Your Type by Dr. David Frawley, Light on Yoga by BKS Iyengar, Anatomy of Hatha Yoga by H. David Coulter, and The Hatha Yoga Pradipika.
